Shipping & Delivery
Our standard shipping in the UK is 2-3 working days.
Please note: These timeframes are a guide and may be affected by matters outside our control.
The products are delivered by courier throughout the mainland of the UK. On average, in the areas covered by the courier, the value of transport is £5. If you are not in the access area, we will contact you to inform you of the additional rate.
Orders over £95 benefit from free shipping.
Damaged items
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours at info@homedecor.co.uk.
Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel and you have already signed for delivery, then you must notify us within 48 hours via email. We will then advise on how best to proceed.
Prices and promotions
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay and will, in general, not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.

All voucher and discount codes must be entered on the ‘Shopping Bag’ page before proceeding to the checkout and cannot be applied if not entered at the time of placing the order.
